Privacy policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
This policy explains what data we collect on this website, why, and how to exercise your rights. It applies to website visitors and to people who request a demo.
01Data controller
NovoAgent L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about your data: [email protected].
02Data collected
When you request a demo, we collect your first name, last name, the name of your venue or group, your email address, your phone number and, if you write one, your message.
We collect no other data for audience measurement or advertising purposes.
03Why we use it
- To get back to you and organise the demo you requested.
- To follow up our business relationship with your venue.
04Legal basis
Processing is based on your request (pre-contractual measures taken at your request) and on our legitimate interest in following up our business exchanges.
05Recipients
Your data is intended for NovoAgent’s sales team. It passes through technical providers acting on our behalf:
- our email delivery service (Resend);
- our customer relationship tool (Attio);
- the website host (Vercel, United States).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
06Retention period
We keep a contact’s data for as long as needed to follow up on their request and our business relationship, then delete it.
07Your rights
You can at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability.
To exercise these rights, write to us at [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
08Data of our clients’ guests
When TableAgent replies to a venue’s guests, NovoAgent acts as a processor, on the instructions of that venue, which remains the data controller. This processing is governed by the contract between us and the venue. Data subjects exercise their rights with the venue.
